Shrimp Essence

This product is made from raw seafood - 100% freshly caught seafood heads. It is a by-product of a food-grade chitin factory. It is definitely not a common commercially available shrimp shell powder (shrimp bran). It is rich in nutrients necessary for the growth and reproduction of various poultry and livestock. , including protein with balanced amino acid composition, organic trace elements, cholesterol, chitin, etc. Absolutely no "melamine" (black heart protein essence) and salmonella which are harmful to poultry health. Low in moisture ( 8.1% ) and fat ( 2.3% ), which have a stable effect on product preservation. The solid histamine and VBN (volatile basic nitrogen) are very low, which are important indicators of fresh quality.
